Use your own phone plan for customer texts
Many business platforms route every SMS through a paid gateway. RoundRun can prepare a message and hand it to the Android phone’s SMS capability, so it is sent from the cleaner’s own number. If the mobile plan includes unlimited texts, there is no separate RoundRun per-message fee.
Google Play rules mean automatic sending requires RoundRun’s separate SMS Extension. Without it, the cleaner confirms each send on the phone.

Sign in through a browser to work with the same customers, jobs, invoices and reports on a larger screen. The web app is useful for planning, imports, business review and the tasks that are easier with a keyboard.

Is RoundRun available from the Google Play Store?
The public Google Play release is not available yet. The web app is live, and beta members receive the current Android access guidance during onboarding.
Does RoundRun work on iPhone?
The web app works in an iPhone browser, but a native iPhone app is still planned rather than available today. Businesses that depend on a native iPhone workflow should join the waitlist and test the browser experience first.
Does GPS complete jobs without any checks?
Autopilot is intended to reduce taps around arrival and departure. The business remains responsible for checking job status, invoices, messages and payment instructions before relying on them.
Can I use RoundRun on a computer as well?
Yes. The web app provides access to the same business account and is especially useful for planning, imports, reports and account management.
