Recurring dates stay meaningful
Moving one visit and moving every future visit are different decisions. RoundRun makes that scope visible rather than silently rewriting the diary.
About RoundRun
RoundRun is built by Paul Thomas, a working UK window cleaner who wanted one practical system for recurring rounds, changing days, field work, customer messages, invoices and payments.
Operated in the UK · Android and web · beta access requires no card
The short version
A window cleaning round does not behave like a normal appointment diary. Customers repeat on different cadences. A wet or unsafe day can move several connected visits. Parking, gates, keys, school traffic and the starting location can change the best route. The job is not finished administratively until the visit, message, invoice and payment record agree.
RoundRun grew from that practical problem. Its purpose is to keep the working day and the business record together, so the planner reflects what actually happened rather than an ideal week that stopped being true by Tuesday.
Who is responsible
RoundRun is currently operated by Paul Thomas in the United Kingdom, trading as RoundRun. Paul writes the practical RoundRun guides from a working cleaner’s perspective and is responsible for the product direction during beta.
Product support is available at support@roundrun.co.uk, sales questions at sales@roundrun.co.uk, and privacy questions at privacy@roundrun.co.uk. The current operator and founding offer are also stated in the privacy policy and founding terms.
Experience into decisions
The useful details are often the ones a generic scheduling system treats as edge cases.
Moving one visit and moving every future visit are different decisions. RoundRun makes that scope visible rather than silently rewriting the diary.
A compact day, accurate customer coordinates, road journeys and local access knowledge matter before a shortest-route button can help.
The Android workflow is designed around work happening away from a desk, including queued actions that can recover when connectivity returns.
Arrival and departure tools can reduce repeated taps, but the saved plan and the cleaner’s judgement remain authoritative.
Customer reminders and completion messages are connected with the visit. On Android, supported texts can use the cleaner’s own phone plan and number.
Cash, bank and Direct Debit customers need one visible record of what was invoiced, what was paid and what is still owed.
Evidence before slogans
RoundRun is a live beta, not a mature platform pretending to have thousands of users. The site publishes the workflows available now, states that Android and web are current while a native iPhone app is planned, and explains that beta access is free with no automatic charge.
Calculators on the guides use the reader’s own assumptions and label results as estimates. RoundRun will not invent mileage savings, customer counts, review scores or testimonials. When beta users permit specific outcomes to be shared, each story should explain the starting position, timeframe, measurement and limitations.
Advice you can inspect
Each guide answers a distinct working problem and links back to the relevant product workflow without turning every article into a sales page. Safety-sensitive guidance is bounded and points to current primary sources where appropriate.
Start with planning a workable round, optimising the route, or recovering the week after rain.
