Screen 8 · Rounds

Know what each round is worth before opening it

The rounds screen treats a round as a repeatable business unit: customers, order, frequency, cycle value, monthly equivalent, annual value and earning rate.

How it functions

From named group to measurable route

  • Portfolio summary: total rounds, customers and average earning rate sit above cycle, monthly and annual value.
  • Round identity: colour and name carry through the planner and maps.
  • Recurring economics: each card converts its frequency into comparable four-weekly, monthly and annual figures.
  • Customer order: expand the card to inspect and organise the customers inside it.
  • Direct actions: edit the round, open its route or reset calculations without hunting through settings.

What to compare

Round management is more than recurring dates

CleanerPlanner, Squeegee and Aworka all support recurring cleaning work in different ways. When testing them, check whether the round remains a useful object after it enters the diary.

Can you value it?

Compare rounds with different frequencies on a consistent monthly or annual basis.

Can you shape it?

Open the customer order, map the locations and move exceptions without rebuilding the group.

Can you preserve cadence?

Replan a wet visit and verify what happens to later work from the same round.
