1. Who can claim
- The offer is limited to the first 50 eligible UK window-cleaning businesses whose claims are accepted by RoundRun.
- The person claiming must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business.
- The offer is limited to one place per business unless RoundRun agrees otherwise. A place is tied to the RoundRun account that claimed it and cannot be sold or transferred.
- RoundRun may reject or remove duplicate, automated, misleading or fraudulent claims after reasonable investigation.
2. Free beta
No card or bank details are needed to claim. Claiming does not create a paid subscription, Direct Debit, Stripe customer, payment instruction or charge.
The beta is a testing service. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn while RoundRun learns from members. RoundRun will take reasonable care of the service and member data but cannot promise uninterrupted beta availability.
3. Billing only starts with your agreement
Before paid billing begins, RoundRun will invite the account owner to review the paid subscription terms, add payment details and confirm the price. If the owner does not complete that checkout, no paid membership starts and no subscription payment is taken.
RoundRun will explain what happens to free beta access before the beta ends. If an activation deadline is introduced, founders will receive at least 30 days' notice.
4. The founder price
Once paid billing is activated, that price continues while the Founding membership remains continuously active. A routine payment retry or brief failed payment does not by itself remove the founder price. If the subscription is cancelled or closed and the customer later returns, the price available at that later time applies.
The founder price covers RoundRun's core subscription offered at billing launch. Optional future add-ons, extra usage or third-party services are not included and will never be charged without the account owner's agreement.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account access secure, entering customer data lawfully and using RoundRun for legitimate business purposes. You remain responsible for checking invoices, payment instructions, messages, routes, forecasts and AI-generated answers before relying on or sending them.
6. Privacy and support
Use of personal data is explained in the RoundRun Privacy Policy. Privacy requests should go to privacy@roundrun.co.uk. Product and offer questions can be sent to sales@roundrun.co.uk.
7. Changes to these terms
RoundRun may clarify or update these terms as the beta develops, with reasonable notice for material changes. An update will not turn a free claim into an automatic paid subscription or add VAT on top of the protected £9.99 total founder price.
8. Operator and law
RoundRun is currently operated by Paul Thomas in the United Kingdom. The legal entity responsible for the paid subscription will be identified in the paid terms shown before anyone enters payment details. If the operator changes before billing launches, founders will be told and the protected-price promise in these terms will remain in place. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any rights that applicable law says cannot be excluded.
